Music and Hotel Events
With opening sequence hotels in both Kyoto (summer 2020) and Suidobashi (winter 2020), I organised a few events including weekly music nights, collaboration events including one with Dictador Rum, events promoting seasons such as a wine event for Beaujolais Nouveau and live art events. The skills I believe to be strongest at would be creating interesting and inspiring events whilst sticking to the guideline, making contacts within the local community, and looking to create something different. Some events had their challenges that I have since learnt from and only become more ambitious to create the perfect event in the future. Below are a few photos and graphics from events.

ART X MUSIC EVENTS
Working with Anagra Gallery, providing help with curation, supporting artists and marketing their events.


PR MANAGEMENT
In the last three years, I have learnt more about PR management and what it entails. Something that comes relatively easy to me is communications, so I have really enjoyed that section of PR. I have run and managed the instagram account for Griffon inc and two restaurant and event spaces. I have learnt more with the help of working with Y&L projects in Tokyo- they worked on the PR management of THE TASTE (restaurant of sequence Kyoto Gojo) and always encouraged me to learn their PR management skills. MUSIC MANAGEMENT
Working in Kyoto gave me an amazing opportunity to meet incredible musicians, lots having moved down to Kyoto from bigger cities to really focus on their music career development meaning the music produced is more experimental, and really enjoyable to listen to. My task at hand was to start promoting local musician's work and collect mixes from very talented people to change the vibe of the space for guests during the evening time. I chose to create a platform on Mixcloud which suited the scene and musicians in Kyoto as cut a more rough and raw value. Please check the link below.
